JEC Hearing: November 2010 Jobs Report (Friday, Dec. 3)
Washington, D.C. – The U.S. Congress Joint
Economic Committee, chaired by Representative Carolyn Maloney, held a hearing on the newly released employment
figures for November from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). The hearing,
entitled “The Employment Situation: November 2010,” took place on
Friday, December 3, 2010, at 9:30 a.m. BLS Commissioner Keith Hall testified about recent
developments in the labor market and answered questions on national employment
trends.
