JEC Hearing: The Employment Situation, June 2010
Washington, D.C. – The U.S. Congress Joint
Economic Committee, chaired by Representative Carolyn Maloney, will hold a hearing on the newly released employment
figures for June from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). The hearing,
entitled “The Employment Situation: June 2010,” will take place on
Friday, July 2, 2010, at 9:30 a.m. BLS Commissioner Keith Hall will testify to recent
developments in the labor market and answer questions on national employment
trends.
